“We had a very challenging and intricate problem. It was busy, but as soon as he had a chance, Joe F, came over to us and apologized for the wait and thanked us for our patience. He said he would be us as soon as he finished with another client, and he did, not much of wait as expected. Joe understood our issue, with setting up an account for ourspecial needs child who is starting to get ssi. Advised us and confirmed with corporate BofA, and we followed his advice, because we did not have all the required documentation. We followed his advice and put it in motion and we should be able to complete this task within this upcoming week. As parents of a special needs child, timing is of the essence and Joe has it. Awesome work, and just another reason why we bank at BofA.”
