I am extremely dissatisfied with Chase, my checking account had fraudulent charges taken on a weekend and I noticed this upon checking my balance, they closed my debit card, but I do not have access to my funds, until they investigate this, my entire paycheck is not accessible. I will be looking for another financial institution!!

Why have appointments if you don’t even know at the branch you have a system to schedule them (everyone acted like “you have an appointment?!” , and plus the person who the appointment was with is not even here.
I called the branch the day before by the way. It wasn’t even the online scheduler.

Very polite tellers, rarely more than a 5 minute wait. They also have a drive through & an ATM
