“I walked In without an appointment because this Pep Boys is walking distance to the new home I just moved into and my car was overdue for an inspection. There were people in the waiting room and cars in the lot and in the bays so I was not optimistic about getting it done that day. He asked if I could come back in one hour, which I did. He said the car should be ready in a hour or sooner. I walked home and was texted with a half hour that the car was ready.”

Took his time with me, ordered the tires, and when they came in early, he called me to get them done even sooner.
