“I always get nervous having to deal with auto shops, because you never really know what you're going to have to deal with. I have never used Dave Banks, but I saw the reviews, and I belong to a facebook group where he is highly recommended. Figured, why not give them a try! I dropped my car off because I was pretty sure I needed new brakes, and I was really nervous about the cost. Dave called me and we spoke through expectations, what I was looking for, and how he can keep cost down. He also let me know I need one other part, which he will fix next week. I cant believe that my car was done the same day! Everyone that works there is so unbelievably nice - and its a great feeling to NOT be taken advantage of.
