“I was impressed with the care, warmth, and attention of the staff from the front desk all the way to the Dr. But sadly they're not taking new patients at the Herkimer location. I guess I'll have to drive the distance listening to my cat sing the song of his people to their other location for this quality of service!”
“I don’t really know where to begin other than the experience I had there was the worst, best experience I could have ever imagined. Saying goodbye to a pet is something you have nightmares about, but they made sure my experience was nothing but peaceful, relaxing, STRESSLESS, and made me feel like my decision was right. They pressured me into nothing. They didn’t rush me, they quite literally opened the doors to me without any questions asked. I wish I could give them ten stars for the professional compassion and HEARTFELT “service” Dr. Snell and Dr. Spaulding provided my very best friend until her last moments on this earth. I don’t know if I’ll ever be able to repay them for the comfort they provided us both, during my worst hours as she transitioned to rainbow bridge. Thank you. 10/10 recommend, without a doubt.”
