I'm giving 3 stars because everyone inside of the bank is very nice and pleasant. The people who work here are always kind, smiling and welcoming. My reason for giving 3 stars is because this bank has only 1 ATM, which was down on Sept. 2nd and Sept. 9th and I was unable to do any banking over the weekend, 2 weeks in a row and Sept is not over.I have an issue with banks that claim they have "24 hour banking" available but that's only IF their ONE ATM machine isn't broken. Has management ever considered getting another ATM? Why not put an ATM inside of the double doors out front for customers? There's another bank down the road from BoA and they have 4 ATM's! Why does BoA on Oswego Rd only have 1? It's a problem.I did go into the bank on Friday, Sept. 1st as their drive thru ATM was not accepting deposits. I told the teller the ATM was down and she said she was aware the ATM was full and needed to be emptied. She told me I could drive all the way to Rte 31, as their was an ATM up in Baldwinsville.Unacceptable.Customers in Liverpool shouldn't be told they need to drive 15 more mintues to a different BoA to do their banking.Anyway, I went back to the bank the next day to make an ATM deposit and it was STILL not accepting deposits! So I had to wait until Monday to do any transactions. If the tellers know the ATM is full, then why are they leaving it full on a Friday? They're really letting their customers down by leaving it full for the weekend. Customers really like being able to do banking over the weekend.I feel this issue is more of a management issue and corportate issue and not a bank tellers issue. Please, please, please I'm asking you to consider getting another ATM for your customers. I have been with BoA for over 30 years and I do love BoA but I relly have a problem with how this particular bank is ran.

Ordered euro money and said to pick up 2-3 business days. I get a phone call to pick up money on 2nd business day. I go to pick up money and it’s closed then go the next day and closed again. There was sign posted on door saying closed sorry for inconvenience. I was already leaving to Europe and never got my euros. It’s happened multiple weeks. Don’t waste your time find another bank that’s open Monday-Friday.

Showed up 45 minutes after the posted opening time and the doors were locked, lights off, nobody around. Nobody answered the phone either. Not a great practice to have business hours you don’t follow, especially when we drive 25 minutes to get there…EDIT FOR REPLY:The fact remains that no signage was posted, others with confirmed appointments were waiting in the parking lot, and the website with the “most up to date info and hours” claimed it was open. Nothing anywhere indicated limited hours of operation or temporary closure. This was an oversight by management.

Went to the bayberry location this morning. Excellent customer service! I so appreciated the time and effort both ladies put in to help my son with an old account. And the young man who also works there was must really enjoy his work. He was singing to the music! Really made for a stellar experience. Thank you!

I went into the branch with my MIL to add a beneficiary to her account. I drove over an hour to get there one way and apparently they got these new readers attached to their iPads and the very nice man that helped us wasn’t able to get it set up properly to verify our identity. He said they have been having problems with them over the last few days. He went to get his manager to “override” the authentication but she said that she couldn’t do that and was unable to assist us further. My MIL had her debit card, valid ID, and other forms of identification with her. We were told we could come back tomorrow and try again. I am unsure why someone in a “manager” position would treat their customers this way. She then said we could just call customer service and they could do it. How could someone over the phone help us when we were there with multiple forms of ID but over the telephone can somehow make this process work? There wasn’t anyone in the bank or the drive thru. She could have had a more human response and took the extra time to assist us as we spent over two hours in the car and it wasn’t our fault the readers were not working. My comment isn’t about the nice banker that tried to assist us but more about the manager and how she handled the situation. Very disappointed with my experience and the lack of service.

Bank of America has become trash. Zero customer service, zero loyalty to 20 year customers. Absolutely the worst in the banking game!

Never open, no respect for customers, they allow people in without a mask with no idea if they’ve been exposed to Covid. They are TOTALLY unreliable.

2 tellers sometimes but the other teller stuck on doing am deposits from over night box. Other teller to handle customers waiting in line but Lol ghostly lobby Im usually the only one waiting in line. The one teller does a fast good job but that manager should instruct that night deposit teller to stop her transactions and offer to accomodate a customer waiting. Because the woman in front of me was doing a lenghty am business deposit.

2:45. Stopped in to fix my in laws accounts. No customers in line. Some guy standing around doing nothing. He asked if I had an appointment. I said no. We could get you in about 4:00. I said have a nice day. No time to wait. Leaving the parking lot, saw him standing around doing nothing again so I flipped him off and left!!

. I think its horrible you dont have a drive up teller outside to handle transactions. Today I fed the machine with $180 in 20's for deposit. I was being screamed at by someone behind me. "GO INSIDE AND DO THIS" What is the point if we are going to be harassed by other customers for using the service outside to deposit our cash? You are losing business because your lines inside are too long most of the time. If we use the ATM service outside people are angry and don't want to wait. SO what is the point and what is the solution. ??? You are Bank of America and much more is expected. This is probably the worst service at any bank in town.

Literally no sense of urgency for customers waiting. 1 Teller working on a Saturday with a line of 9 people waiting and the teller rather have unnecessary conversations than to be efficient and move the line along. Meanwhile we watch one lady simply watch and greet everyone as the line kept growing. There has to be a better system in place
