“I joined Chase Bank in June. I came into this branch to get some starter checks. Unfortunately, I didn't get this gentlemen's name, but he was super helpful and effective. The process took about 5 minutes. I'm definitely a satisfied Chase customer. I also like how I get text messages when I've used my credit or debit card, get text alerts about my credit card balance, my checking account balance and when I get my paycheck deposited into my account. Super helpful.”

“This is my go to branch, and it has always been a pleasant experience. I switched from an online only bank back to a brick and mortar, ONLY because it was a hassle withdrawing money for large purchases. Only thing holding this institution back from 5 stars is their god-awful automated phone service and the terrible app that seems to do the bare minimum. I've been trying to change my Debit Card PIN for 20 minutes via the automated service, and I finally gave up. It keeps telling me "I didn't understand" and to "call back later during business hours", even though I'm using THE KEYPAD. NO KIDDING YOU DON'T UNDERSTAND. I literally spoke to a rep earlier who told me use the automated line!The summary: real life people are always nice, but on the technological side, you'd have better luck using services designed by monkeys using typewriters.”
