The Best Western Liverpool-Syracuse Inn & Suites presents a mixed experience with significant room for improvement. Reviews describe it as a nice hotel in a good location close to the highway, with comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, and very clean rooms in some instances. The staff are noted as awesome and friendly, making fresh coffee and keeping the continental breakfast well-stocked, which offers a good variety and features a popular yogurt dispenser. The hotel also has an amazing pool and jacuzzi, and ample free parking. However, the hotel is starting to look a bit rough, with old hallway carpets and maintenance issues like doors hitting frames. More critically, there are severe complaints about dirty rooms, including bugs, sticky floors, unclean bathrooms, and debris in beds, with one guest calling it one of the worst hotels they've stayed in. Management responsiveness is inconsistent; one manager was initially rude and did not take responsibility, while another situation saw a manager become very apologetic, offer a discount, and effectively resolve issues by moving guests to a much cleaner and nicer room with a large, working refrigerator. The availability of amenities like hair dryers and refrigerators is unreliable, and microwaves are missed. Breakfast receives mixed reviews, described as alright but also a bit disappointing. The consensus is that the entire hotel needs a lot of cleaning and improvement, though proactive management can lead to a successful and acceptable stay.
Only complaints were we arrived at 3:30pm and our room was not ready and that I had to sign a release for no keg parties. That scared me was this a party hotel? It was not.

Came here with my family. Had a two bed room here. The phone was out of order at first glance. The fridge was out of order as well. The shampoo and conditioner ran out and it took very very long time to get response. Very bad experience

Breakfast could have been better. 6 to 930 on the weekends would be great.
