“This is tough. I really liked the hotel. It is clean and nice. The pool and hot tub are great. The breakfast was really pretty good. But when we checked in we had a broken shower curtain. It was hanging away from the wall so the curtain wont stay closed. I mentioned it to the front desk before each day that we left for the day so they could fix it while we were out of the room. First day not fixed, second day not fixed, I said we will be out of the room another day in a row that it didn't get fixed. I was offered to be moved but I didn't want to pack up all of our stuff for a broken shower curtain the last day we are here. Leaving tomorrow and it still isn't fixed. At this point Im not going to ask again. But hopefully they will fix it before the next people move in to the room.”

“I would definitely stay here again. First off the staff is amazing. I was looking for another room at the last minute and Tamika said that she would call if there was and she did. Her and Ian did their best to help us. The staff is just amazing. For graduation, they had granola bars, water both (fresh and bottled) snacks that came in handy all weekend. They had it all weekend. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. The location is great, lots of restaurants and a Target and Walmart close by. They have a Barnes and Nobles. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it.”
“We stopped here for a night on our way out east, and it did the trick. Wasn't the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in, but it wasn't scary or disgusting. The staff were all very nice and the breakfast bar in the morning was good. Solid place to crash for a night.”

“Had a great stay overall Hotel lobby was excellent, had coffee and lemon water available all the time and breakfast had a great assortment eggs and home fries waffles. Rooms were clean only issue was when I showered the water wasn't draining properly so the water was filling up so that needs to be corrected but great stay overall and I would return. Also the pool and fitness center were under construction which was disappointing”
“The room is pleasant and clean. If you want to commute to Syracuse University, the location is fine, the drive not long. There's not much nearby, but for that purpose that really doesn't matter. The price is good.
Renee was a big help late at night when she made fresh coffee an hour water for me.
The room and hotel has some issues, though. The hot tub was cold, which really irritated me because I love a nice hot tub soak. The bathtub shower/faucet control is stuck. The towel track is loose.
Nevertheless, this is my second visit because it's a nice place, good price, good location.”
