Great gym. Been coming here at least a couple of years now. The staff is always excellent. Especially Steve and Mick. Good environment. Clean and maintained equipment

Not a bad gym but super crowded some days and the only legitimate complaint is they lack a few machines I like to use like the T bar row and a shrug machine. Also could use another calf raise machine as there's only one of each standing or sitting.

I was there on Memorial Day ( guest pass). I was impressed! Friendly staff, very clean and great equipment. I just wish there was a location a little closer To home (Fayetteville/Dewitt area) I still may be back!:)
