“Best gym out there in my opinion. Staff is friendly and helpful. 24 hour access! The owner (Jason) takes pride in his business and you’re never treated like a number but more of a family member! Jason also invited me to train with him and give me advice. I don’t see other gyms offering to do this with out having to pay personal training fees, he goes above and beyond what is expected. You don’t get this kind of service anywhere. The gym is always being cleaned and upgraded with the best equipment! Everyone who works out is friendly and always helping each other be better than when they walked in. Not your typical gym atmosphere, but more like a family! Thank you Jason.”

“The entire staff is welcoming, the studio is always clean (let's see how snow and ice are addressed - always a challenge around here), Coaches are all engaging/educating on form/welcoming to see everyone. I've seen photos from friends in their own local studios that have really shown a team despite an "individual" workout. It's one of the best workouts I've found. I show up early, check-in, visit with some folks, do my workout, and head home. Staff and other members are happy to see each other (and ask where you've been; is everything all right?).And regular self-competitions throughout the year are fun and motivating.”

“9Round offers a fun and functionally effective way to be healthier. I HATE cardio, with the exception of 9Round classes! Boxing makes me feel strong, assists with the management of my emotions, and is good for the heart. Let's not forget it's only 30 minutes of my time. The instructors are always respectful and motivating. They watch your form and offer assistance to ensure you won't hurt yourself. I would recommend this to anyone.”
