I love the quality of service and products that Lowe's Clay provides. Situated down 31 from Great Northern Mall, this store not only has great leaders like Tracy but also incredibly talented and friendly part time help like Dayna who was working the front as customer service rep. Finally, in the fulfillment department, Geo is an amazing worker and needs to be recognized. For this particular issue, I was purchasing an electric, two stage, EGO, snowblower. There were only 2 left and when a glitch prevented my purchase to go through, Tracy stuck with it and helped bring it to completion. Tracy was patient, friendly and helpful in helping me not only with the purchase of this new age snowblower but also in the purchase of a leaf blower with same battery system and company.”

“Employees are friendly and knowledgeable, good selection, prices a little on the high end. Also very limited rough hardwood timbers when I call. I've been quoted S4S on just about every hardwood I call about costing about 2x as much as rough cut timbers you can find elsewhere.”
