“I was guided to fix my Brother printer as an authorized service center. This place looked closed, but I left a voice message because nothing else I can do. At least they got back to me, and said 'Not an Authorized service center anymore' and they moved different location. So, Do Not listen to Brother and waste your time!!”
“I ended up buying a pair of fake Air Poyon Amazon. The guy at Apple was super helpful and showed me the cloned serial number. To assist in getting a refund, he let me take a picture of the screen. While I paid more to buy a pair there, at least I know they are the real deal. Very short wait time.”

“I don't know who I spoke to. Sometimes us old ladies forget details. BUT!! The person I spoke to was very professional and told me everything I needed to know. I was so happy that I could drop off the items I didn't need anymore, and it wouldn't cost a thing! My own trash removal service wanted about $90 to take what I had!! Thank you Bruin!!!
