“This was my first time using this dry cleaning service. I dropped off a brand new suit jacket which was badly wrinkled and two new dress shirts. I was in a “time crunch” and needed these items done quickly; for an upcoming wedding the same week. Kat, Customer Service Rep., assured me that my order could be picked up on Thursday. Incredibly she texted me on Tuesday that my order was ready for pickup. I found my items to be in impeccable condition and perfectly pressed.
I was extremely pleased and found their fees very reasonable. I highly recommend using this dry cleaning service.”

“They have nice machines the only cooling comes from a fan. Only takes quarters, prices seem in line with other places. 4 load capacity is $6. Dryers are $0.25 for 7 minutes. Only a few baskets and tables”

“I’ve been going to this location since covid and tonight is the first time I saw an employee do any type of work! And then some! I was blown away by the effort. Zee was working tn, I was at the laundromat from 7p-almost midnight & Zee busted a$$ the entire time I was there. Bravo girl! Normally the employees just sit in their cars, are no help whatsoever, and it’s a miserable experience, etc. Meeting Zee tn was a pleasure! And I wish the rest of the staff was like this!”

“It's a smaller quiet location, several size washers to use and plenty of dryers as well as tables to fold at.. They have music playing at a tolerable volume and a public bathroom for the customers. Also has a couple claw games and arcade style games if you get bored. I'm definitely a repeat customer of theirs ?”

“I’ve been coming to colonial laundromat for years now. Hate to complain but the day shift attendant can’t understand English and sometimes it’s frustrating especially when she on her phone arguing with someone.”
“The laundromat is well maintained. The washers and dryers were clean and in good condition. Soap, bleach, fabric softener, and laundry bags are available for purchase. To use the washers and dryers, you’ll need to purchase a reusable card ($1.50) and load it with funds. You can add money using cash, credit, or debit cards (no coins are accepted). There’s also a restroom, water fountain, and a seating area.”
“New student who didn't know the schedule yet, but left his clothes for pick up. Lazybones was a bit tough to get hold of by phone but with an email I got a quick response and they got the student's clothes to him.”

“The City Laundromat is undergoing positive changes under new management. The place is clean, well lit, and looks to be well taken care of. There is an attendant on duty in the evenings and on the weekend. The bathrooms needs renovations, and new managers are working on that issue.
There are laundry carts available, about 30 various size washing machines that are operating, look solid and clean, There is a row of about 30+ dryers, right next to the folding tables, never have to wait for one to be available. The pricing is in-line with other places nearby. The vending selection for soaps is, good, competitively priced, and convenient. There is a snack and drinks vending as well.
I will definitely be back with more laundry!”
