“I was in and out of this store in just a few minutes. The weather ifoutside was over 90 degrees and I not only had to return my Amazon pkg.. but I also had to carry my 18 pound puppy.m(the pavement was boiling hot) The associate saw that I was struggling to carry the box and my dog.. she rushed over and took my box and asked me if it was an Amazon return.. I provided her with my scan code and she thanked me for using UPS and gave me my receipt. She asked me if she could help me with anything else. I advised her that I would return when the weather was cooler to ship out a watercolor painting that I had sold.. She advised that UPS could package the painting and ship it too the buyer..”
