“I purchased a vehicle at their E Taft Rd location. I scheduled an appointment on-line, a few days out, to test drive a specific vehicle. Within a few minutes, Eric called me to let me know that the vehicle was literally sold 25 minutes prior to my request.
He also let me know that I scheduled an appointment on a holiday and the office is closed that day, however if I still wanted to come in to see other inventory, he would be able to go to the location and let me test drive stuff.
We chatted for a little bit about what my specific needs were and he suggested that I take a look at a few cars that were equivalent to the one I was originally interested in. So, I did and requested to see a few prior to my appointment. He was exceptionally accommodating to that as well.
I test drove, signed paperwork, and shook hands (high 5’vd) him on a Saturday…picked the car up on a Wednesday (and Monday was a holiday).
During the test drive process he spoke to the owner on a few occasions. Who appeared to be willing to do anything he could to help me out.
Eric kept open communication during the few days from offer to purchase.
When I picked the vehicle up, he helped me move some stuff from my old car to the new one.

“I had a great experience purchasing a VW beetle from Apple. Both Andrei and Josh were fantastic to work with. I’ve bought and helped others buy a numbers of cars over the years, and these guys were the best to work with. There were 2 repairs needed to the car to be covered under the 90 day warranty. One I was aware of when I bought the car, the other popped up after - both were minor and expected since the bug was 20 years old. Andrei made arrangements to have the repairs made at a local garage close to me since I live 90 miles from their shop. The process was seamless and he took care of all the billing and parts. I just had to show up. I was beyond impressed how they stand behind their cars and their warranty. My experience was these guys are straight forward, knowledgeable, and transparent. I would buy another car from them anytime. Andrei was extremely responsive to my communication. I would send messages to the shop on Facebook and he always responded super quick. I looked for this particular car for months. I even drove to Ohio. I’m thankful to Andrei and Josh for making it a reality! I love my beetle!”
