Every single time I come to this store it's bad news. 2 things I learned yesterday. #1 even though you have insurance if you physically lose your phone (dropped in lake) it's almost 300$ for a replacement not 100$. #2 They sell you a 1400$ phone with 150$ in accessories at an inflated price a month THEN try to charge you 30$ to set it up. Why? Because you literally can't do it yourself lol. Even if your tech savvy. The workers here are pretty good and the manager is patient and knowledgeable but Verizon sucks. I'm always waiting a half hour or more. I never can upgrade my phone before 3 years or until it's paid off. My bill is outrageous for 1 line. Losing my phone really put me in a bind but thankfully they had a s25 ultra 500gb hard drive in stock on location or I was Def moving to T mobile. So all in all the location isn't bad except long waits. The staff is pretty good but the company as a whole I think sucks. Like I said always bad news when I go in there.

This is the most well-stocked, clean, efficient and friendly Verizon location. Amanda and Larry were both knowledgeable and quick. I was in and out in a half hour, picking out a new phone and transferring my phone number and data from the old phone to new. Best location!!

A broken Verizon case of my IPhone 14+. One of their customer walks and looks at my case broken and quick to his able checked the perfect case and sold a new one for less 20 % price ! Thanks Verizon ! ! !

The store's customer service is fantastic!
After spending an hour on/off the phone with customer service on the phone & after that frustration, I walked into the store at 6:30p (they close at 7p) Amanda was AWESOME! She fixed my phone & helped me calm down because I went in & I kept thinking the guy on the phone made me feel stupid. Dude, I'm old & I'm not a technician! Thank you Amanda for your help & your patience! You're truly an asset to the Route 31 Clay store & Verizon!!! ??????????

Went in for an upgrade and it two nearly two hours because of a system issue with Verizon. The store folks were fine and my rep was great and very patient. Others milled about and never said much unless a customer came in.

Our iPhone was locked, so Joseph made the call for us and patiently dealt with the problem for 2 hours with a warm smile. We are not fluent in English, but he is still patient. We are very grateful to him

So , I guess I'm done with Verizon. Wanted to upgrade my phone because I maxed out my memory on my S21 Ultra. I was told zero trade in value for a pristine older phone. Because I want to pay cash, Verizon doesn't want my business. Let's see what T Mobile will offer
