“This is a great place to pick up Amazon trailers, but there are a few things to be aware of. If your broker asks you to manually check in and check out, make sure to contact them right after checking in to confirm that it’s reflected on their end. This is important because the facility doesn’t provide BOLs, and if the check-in doesn’t show up properly, you may have to go through the process again. In our case, even after hooking to the trailer, the driver had to check in again because it wasn’t showing on the broker's system. As a result, the trailer was changed, and time was wasted unhooking and rehooking. To avoid delays, double-check everything with your broker before leaving the lot. Overall, the facility is efficient, but communication with your broker is key to a smooth pickup.”
