Metro by T-Mobile, located at 266 S Transit St, offers excellent prepaid plans and 5G phones from brands like Apple, Samsung, and OnePlus. Customers appreciate the knowledgeable and accommodating staff, who provide helpful service despite the limited product selection in-store. Ordering online is an option for items not available on-site. Many customers prefer Metro over competitors like Boost, citing better phone selections and plans, including affordable options for those qualifying for ACP. The only drawback noted is the store's inconsistent opening time, usually around 10:30-10:45 AM. Overall, Metro is recognized for its friendly service and commitment to customer satisfaction.
Been sitting here for half hour and these workers are slow as hell. They either need more workers or to just go faster.- update - after being seen finally the experience was much better. I'd recommend going here they have good prices! Staff was very nice and I appreciated all the help!

I have been going to Metro and Lockport for over 6 years now. I have never had any issues I have always been greeted with kindness and patience. If you do go in there ask for Joe he is unbelievably knowledgeable and quick! I would 100% recommend this Metro location.
