“My mom and I are long-time customers of Verizon, and while we had been considering switching carriers to explore better deals, our experience at the Lockport store made that decision easy.

We stopped in to speak with Kenedi, whom my mom had connected with previously. Although Kenedi was assisting another customer, Shaina greeted us right away with genuine enthusiasm. When we mentioned we were there to see Kenedi, she didn’t just acknowledge us and move on, she took the time to ask if we’d prefer to wait in the store or come back later, and even offered to help us herself in the meantime. That level of attentiveness and professionalism immediately stood out.

We decided to run a few errands and return later, and when we did, Kenedi was able to assist us. My mom tends to ask a lot of questions and is naturally cautious when it comes to sales discussions, but Kenedi handled everything with patience, clarity, and honesty. She answered every question thoroughly and reassured us that there would be no surprises or discrepancies when it came to billing. That transparency made a huge difference.

In the end, we never felt the need to visit another carrier. The offer we received was more than reasonable, and the value of excellent customer service combined with truly knowledgeable associates simply can’t be overstated.

I would also be remiss not to highlight Shaina again. During our time in the store, she assisted several customers, some of whom were clearly challenging or even disrespectful in my opinion. Despite that, she remained calm, professional, patient, and consistently kind, all while maintaining a positive attitude. To call her gracious would honestly be an understatement.
