Kind professional ladies work there on the weekends giving up their weekends to support another branch. That's a bit of a sacrifice who wants to give up their Saturday. So anyway hats off to them ladies.

Bank? More like funeral parlor. Not complaining but wow has the world changed. Poor lady in front of me asked for some deposit slips. Was told she could have only a few as they were almost out. It's a bank! Why else are you there?

Northwest Bank Lockport New York. I would not hesitate to recommend this bank to anyone. From branch manager Rick (and I can't forget to mention Chris,!)to the tellers and everyone in between. Kind, professional, patient, understanding. 10/10 as far as I'm concerned!
