About O'Reilly Auto Parts
Based on reviews, O'Reilly Auto Parts in Lockport, New York, offers helpful and polite service. Everyone was incredibly helpful and polite. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and went out of their way to help, even giving a ride to pick up a part. The guys at the counter were helpful when the book was wrong, looking it up in the computer. A very nice young lady assisted with a diagnostic reading and a print out. The bulbs were really expensive for a brake light though.
