“I called Subaru with a concern regarding a scratch on my car. Within 20 minutes my car had been looked at and taken to the West Herr collision center. Chandler worked on my car and did an excellent job of removing the scratch to the point I was unable to find where it was. Samantha Gross coordinated the repair and I was home in just over an hour of the call. Thank you, Chandler for doing such a great job and also fixing another spot I hadn't seen. All free of charge!”

“I was hesitant to get a dent/scratch repair because i have seen multiple repairs that were horrible. Scal-Koll persuaded me to do it anyways. When they were done, I stared at the spot for an hour, I could not find any trace it was ever damaged. I am not easily impressed, but this astounded me especially for the price, and to top it off, they deep cleaned my interior.”

“I was greeted at autozone by. (Will Fredo) very nice and nolgble. My issue was a return of brake pads which I did not have a receipt for anne could not find it in the system. I did purchas there just no prof that i did. I feel that with the rise in retail theft In recent years it's becoming extremely hard to return items. As a heavy consumer, this is a big problem for me and my money. if I have an issue with a product and have a bad experience with a return, especially without a receipt. I will never buy anything there again.Unless I absolutely have to. This situation was a pivotal moment for my business with autozone. (Wills) manager. (Colleen) Was very polite and asked kammon sense questions about the purchase. She determined to honor the refund. As a result, I will continue to do business with autozone. Salesperson Dan was incredibly helpful with digging thru old inventory for a bunch of the fossils I needed parts for, and was able to help me out eyes on the parts I needed. If you're looking for a honest auto recycler and a true "mom n' pop" family business to deal with that cares about their customer, this is the spot!

There's a first time for everything - the whole experience at Basil Toyota was exceptional! We live about 100 miles away and used the SmartPath process to buy our truck WITH a trade-in via phone and text. Hannah's responsiveness was above expectation, the deal was fair, and we submitted our deposit just over an hour after making the initial inquiry. While we waited for the truck to arrive on lot from the manufacturing plant, Mike Otwell kept us in the loop and kept things moving. Mike was responsive, efficient, and honest - NOT a stereotypical "car salesman." We happily took delivery yesterday and Mike was very attentive and helpful in explaining the vehicle features and completing the sale. Patrick Noonan handled all the payment details efficiently, transparently, and QUICKLY. Everyone in the dealership was happy and friendly. Truly, it felt surreal. THIS is a CAR DEALERSHIP?!?!?
