Even with an appointment you’re waiting 1-2 hours. Each time I’ve gone in there every single seat is full and there’s only 3 people drawing blood. The wait is absolutely ridiculous.

Walked in at our appointment time and checked in on the app. Full waiting room of people so it will be a long wait despite the appointment. Will not return to this location in the future.

They were about an hour behind and I had to wait for a long time even with an appointment. So I was a little frustrated, however the girl that actually drew my blood was fantastic and it was very quick.

The wait time is absolutely ridiculous. Made an appointment for 920 am and I didn't get seen until 1030am.

I don't remember the person's name but he was awesome and understanding, I was scared and nervous. I HATE needles but np with tattoos. If I need blood drawn again, I hope and will request him again.

If making online appointment, quest is easy and quick. Never had any issues. Everyone has always been kind.

Why are holding my money hostage when my insurance cover all blood work. First time this has ever happened and it better be the last or I'm switching to somewhere else.

I always have a good experience with this location. The key to having a good experience is making an appointment ahead of time which some people don't seem to understand and you see them sitting in the waiting area all angry and I'm afraid that because of their lack of preparedness that the phlebotomists may not get treated very well, which they do not deserve. This visit I was lucky enough to have Elaine do my blood draw. She is such a nice and professional person and, in my opinion an asset to Quest.
