“We had to park our travel trailer for a few weeks to do a bicycle tour on the canal..we got lucky and reached out to Halls Lockport and Matt was super helpful with helping us set up storage whike we were gone...he offered to work with us on storage dates since we were still traveling and were unsure of exact dates we would need storage...back lot Matt assigned us worked perfect for our needs and after parking the rv he even sent a security cam screen shot of our rv on his security monitor( which was nice to know at least a camera was watching our rv)...we liked that people who did have stuff stored seeked to be around during the day and everyone we saw looked legit and gave us no worries...we were happy with the location for our bike tour route and Matt was great..”
“The people here go above and beyond for their customers, highly recommend especially for their uhaul rentals, super helpful and have a keen eye for detail, they notice little things that weren’t there before before we rented the uhaul and the lady was a huge help over the phone with everything, 5 stars isn’t enough for this place, highly recommend them for anything that has to do with moving or storing your items”
“Kelsey Carpenter, the property manager, does an amazing job managing the property. She is down to earth and great at working with customers. I had a smaller unit and needed a bigger one, but as life happens, something came up. She worked with me and allowed me to take my time
transitioning to the other unit. As long as you are upfront with her and stay in contact, she will work with you. I like her so much. I closed down another storage unit at a different location and decided to store my trailer there as well. Keep up the good work, Kelsey—five stars for sure! If you need a unit, don’t hesitate to call them or stop by. I’m telling you, you will not be disappointed.”
