Half the time I don’t even have to go into the store - I simply text them who I’m shopping for, and they send me thoughtful, adorable gift ideas. “I am expecting my first baby in January and went in to do a layette appointment with Sydney. It was the best experience, she had a selection of the cutest clothes, blankets, bibs, burp clothes etc. and helped pick out the best stuff to fit all of the babies needs in the first few weeks! “I would like to recognize Taleah at the Roosevelt Field store for providing outstanding customer service during my recent visit. I came in to complete an online return and was missing one of my receipts. Taleah was incredibly helpful and patiently showed me how to locate the receipt barcode through the Children's Place app, making the return process smooth and stress-free.
In addition, she took the time to help me find the sizes I needed in the store, which saved me from having to place another online order. Her professionalism, knowledge, and willingness to go above and beyond exceeded my expectations.

“Stopped by H&M at Roosevelt Field Mall, and honestly, this location was a very solid experience overall.
The store is clean, bright, and well-organized, which makes a huge difference when browsing. Sections are clearly laid out, sizes are easier to find than at many other H&M locations, and the overall flow of the store actually makes shopping enjoyable rather than overwhelming. You don’t feel like you’re digging through chaos to find something decent.
Selection-wise, this H&M is well stocked with a good mix of basics, seasonal pieces, and trendier items. Whether you’re looking for casual wear, work basics, or something quick and stylish, there’s a lot to choose from. Quality is what you’d expect from H&M — some pieces are better than others — but if you take a moment to browse, you can definitely find items that feel worth the price.
What stood out most was that the store felt properly managed. Staff were visible, helpful when needed, and the checkout process was smooth without unnecessary delays. Compared to some other large retailers in the same mall, this location feels more put together and customer-focused.
Overall, a good H&M experience and one of the better locations I’ve visited. Definitely worth stopping by if you’re shopping at Roosevelt Field Mall and want affordable, stylish pieces without the frustration that sometimes comes with fast-fashion stores. Would come back again.”
“I used to shop in Old Navy more often especially for one season use of summer clothes. Not so much now. This location has always been convenient for us making returns and for store pick up. I was in the store today (a Wednesday) a little after lunchtime and it was neatly organized. They also have great displays and clean fitting rooms. The young lady on the register wasn’t the most cordial; however for some reason I didn’t take the semi scowl on her face personal.There was another associate named Takayla who was very pleasant. I first encountered her in the fitting room then out on the sales floor. She was on point, with a welcoming demeanor.Same with the manager, Karen. She greeted me with a smile on her face. Chuckling… this is why I probably made a purchase after making my return from an online purchase.It’s between a Carvel and Ulta. There’s a large parking lot although there are several stores in the plaza.”
“What I like about this Gap in Plainview, is that I can find nice colors to match. Before and most recently, I happened in there after seeing nice window displays. I ended up on two different occasions buying sweat suits. The first one is a purple blend with a hood. This most recent visit, I got a shirt, sweatshirt and sweatpants in a brick red orange color. Kinda of nice as many sport type places sell the standard gray, black... colors. They did of course sign me up for Gap points for future coupons and discounts. Even with their so said discount sales and coming out with 3 pieces at 75 plus tax, rounding off to 25.00 or so for each piece to make a set. It is not a store I frequent, but I do like stopping in from time to time.”

“I've been shopping here since I was little, and it’s always felt like a special place to me. One of my favorite memories is heading there with my mom after my doctor’s appointments—there was something about the excitement of picking out something new to wear that made even those days feel a little brighter. “This H&M location doesn’t get as busy as the other ones in other malls. I love it here since there aren’t any crowd and makes it easy to shop and to get assistance. Unfortunately, this location may be temporarily closed soon to the mall closing all the stores for renovations. Hopefully, after renovations this H&M is still at the same convenient location on the main floor. The staff here are welcoming and extremely helpful. Also, in my opinion I believe this location also has better selection of the clothes. This locations staff do keep this store neat and clean and makes it easier for customers to find items.”

“I have eight grandchildren under 8. I have been buying clothes and toys here since they were born amd now they love coming here with me. Denise has made it a very special experience for them , it’s like a dream closet for a child. We love it here . I live over 50 miles away but worth the trip .”
