They listened to my special requests- they created a beautiful Angel's wings arrangement, we ordered 8 peace lily plants, casket arrangements and a small bouquetof red roses, i wanted extra baby breath on all the arrangements. “I was visiting New York for work (from the UK) last month and found 'Flowers on Essex' from a quick Google search and saw great reviews so thought I'd give them a go.
I bought a beautiful bouquet of flowers as a thank you for one of my organisation's volunteers. Bill and his team are so helpful and friendly. I was made to feel very welcome and had a lovely chat with Bill and team.
It's worth walking down 139-West 28th Street just to see all the beautiful flower shops. There used to be 45 wholesalers in NYC Flower Market - now there are just 8 (hotels keep buying up property in this area). So important we keep supporting these beautiful and unique flower shops!!! Do pay them a visit.
I really hope to go back when I'm in NYC again.
