“I walked into Yours Car Service and asked for a price from 65th Street to JFK and was told $55.00. I took their card and on the day I went to call, I saw that the card said EXPLORER Car Service. I called and they verified $55.00 for the fair. The driver came promptly, came out of the suv and put my 2 carryon bags in the trunk. He came around to the passenger side and closed my door for me. His vehicle was very clean and smelled nice. He was extremely polite and told me and my son that if we needed the temp. changed to let him know. He was so nice and made us feel like we were friends. When we got to JFK there was 3 rows of cars parked at departures. He found a spot in the 3rd row, got out of the suv, got out our bags and then accepted the money. He didn't even count it! He picked up both suitcases and walked us to the sidewalk. He shook my son's hand and gave me a hug! The sweetest car service driver I've ever met in my life!! I wish I had his name!!”

“A drunken gentleman stumbled to my post on St Nicholas at 168 and begged for help getting home. He was barely coherent, lacked full motor control and was flashing money like a tourist from the dumbest part of the world. Trying to get straight answers out of him was nearly impossible. He showed us his destination in the Maps app and it was then, between screens, that I saw a picture - his wallpaper - of a toddler. I exfoliates him bravely for being so irresponsible when he had something to live for. I found a card for the car service ice around the corner, called a car, bundled him in it and sent him on his way. They were fast, didn't complain, and the car smelled nice, so I hope he didn't make a mess.”

“Wednesday June 14, 2023 I was told transportation would arrive in 30 minutes. It took OVER AN HOUR. I was told van #62 was there finally. Driver told me I was not to be his passenger. Van not well marked. I am low vision and went one foot from windshield to try to find a number. COULD NOT SEE A VAN NUMBER. I phoned Cathay who told me that, that was my ride. Finally driver let me embark. We went by my destination TWICE as he bypassed first time. He said his GPS was not working.”

“I was adopting 2 cats about an hour from Manhattan. Joanna drove me to pick them up. It was such an easy pleasant experience. I simply wrote out what I needed via email, they immediately got back to me and we had it booked in no time. Completely worry free. Great customer service. And my drive with Jo was very lovely. She gave me a lot of good tips and advice that was very much needed as I am a first time cat-owner. She has a lot of experience with animals, and is a good driver, very safe. I felt super comfortable right away. Also nice, clean car. I am so glad this service exists and I will definitely be using again. I HIGHLY recommend.”
