“They have a huge and very affordable selection of fabrics, leather, yarn, clothing, etc. It's the perfect place for local crafters. There are also volunteer opportunities available on their website.
There is free parking for cars and bikes. I would recommend looking at their instructions on their website. They are located on the 5th floor of Building B. It might not look like you can walk around on the first floor, but you're fine.”
“Park anywhere on the street..go around the block to the left to have easy access to the docks..have to back across the median, watch out for metal rods sticking up from where signs used to be so dont pop a tire...once in dock unloading is quick n painless...”

“The customer service while picking up was outstanding! I had to order an urgent pickup order since I was traveling the next day. I was a bit lost since the location isn't obvious via google maps so I called the store and the employee was super nice about it and gave me better directions! He also met me outside in the parking lot in case I couldn't find their door! I also got some sample masks with my order~ great products and great customer service ! That's why I'm a repeat customer :) thank you behealthy!”

“The parking lot space was not a lot since it was very busy. What was annoying was that some people skipped lines. There is a lot of product in there and it was a very large store.”
“I’m a truck driver that picked up here and the loading is good and fast appreciate the workers, but the docking if you have a 53 foot trailer is difficult if you’re a beginner. Make sure you call before hand so you get a dock because there’s no where to park, dont come early, if you do your going to have to park more down the parking lot and do a U-turn if you don’t get a dock (limited parking). If you get lucky when you turn on left and you got a dock there maybe no traffic and you can park quickly.”

“Costco seems to design stores to meet the needs of the neighborhood. This was the first Costco I have been to located in a mall. Parking is a bit of a challenge, and not to you have to pay for parking. The store was clean, the staff were professional and answered any questions/inquires I had while shopping. This was a different experience for me, but still got the same Costco service and choices.
I highly recommend it.”

“Had an appointment at 6pm. Arrived at 1pm sent to a door right away. Had to drop the trailer at the door and park across the lot. Yard dog came over at 3:30 and told me they were done. Received paper work at gate and was out by 3:40pm. Friendly staff.”

“Wear your safety vest upon arrival. They will not check you in if you aren't wearing it. Arrived 2 hours before appt. Went through guard shack with no issue. Very tight parking lot and drive back to shipping office, staff was very helpful and got me a door in less than 5 minutes. Drove back around to front side, jockey was already moving trailer out of my door, dropped trailer and locked red line. Drove to the back of the facility to wait for them to finish loading.
I'll say this for everyone complaining about the facility... I'm not from Jersey.... I'm from Oklahoma, and at least with me, you'll get the attitude given back to you that you give to me. That being said, every employee that i communicated with at this facility was absolutely a positive experience. I did notice porta John's throughout the parking lot on the way to the back... which is better than most DC's that only one or two, and they're never near where we have to park.”
“if you are going to load they open around 8:30 am, just go and check in inside, the stairs to go up are in the middle of the docks... friendly and fast loading you, they treat you with respect”
