Victor walked me through everything, he called me when the parts was order, updated me on the status of what their doing and when my car is going to be done. After getting my car back from Caliber Collision it looked brand new, just like how I picked it up from the dealership. They did an excellent job on my 2026 Kia, I would definitely go back if I need any body done on my car and would recommend this shop to anyone.”

“Mid November 2024, right before the 3 biggest holidays - Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's - my car endured a front end collision that required extensive body and frame repair. North Star Collision professionally took great care of everything from the towing, filing of the claim with my insurance company, and car rental. I was very skeptical at first, because of my past experiences with auto body shops, but they really take the time to give you updates on the repairs and make sure everything is done right before returning the vehicle. They worked on my vehicle through the Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's Day holidays and delivered it to me on the agreed upon completion date looking and running brand new as if it just came fresh off a dealer's showroom. But from my first conversation with Mohammed I was Impressed by the professionalism, Knowledge, Friendliness and follow through.
