Victor walked me through everything, he called me when the parts was order, updated me on the status of what their doing and when my car is going to be done. After getting my car back from Caliber Collision it looked brand new, just like how I picked it up from the dealership. But from my first conversation with Mohammed I was Impressed by the professionalism, Knowledge, Friendliness and follow through.
