“Mid November 2024, right before the 3 biggest holidays - Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's - my car endured a front end collision that required extensive body and frame repair. North Star Collision professionally took great care of everything from the towing, filing of the claim with my insurance company, and car rental. I was very skeptical at first, because of my past experiences with auto body shops, but they really take the time to give you updates on the repairs and make sure everything is done right before returning the vehicle. They worked on my vehicle through the Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's Day holidays and delivered it to me on the agreed upon completion date looking and running brand new as if it just came fresh off a dealer's showroom. I do not have enough words to express my thanks, but Thank you so much to Anthony, Anthony, Jordan, Rob, and the entire North Star Collision service teams for helping me through this very stressful situation and a job well done!”

“Needed a new key fob & had my car towed to Infiniti of Lynbrook. Expected the worst because of bad reviews on Google. But from my first conversation with Mohammed I was Impressed by the professionalism, Knowledge, Friendliness and follow through. When I went to pick up my car, everybody was friendly helpful & courteous. I didn’t feel like they were looking to steal my money or take advantage of me. Couldn’t have been happier!!! Also in & out in five minutes. Whats better than that???”

“Visit Date: December 16, 2020 The bain of my existence when driving cars so far is my tire light. So my tire light came on again after literally just having another shop plug or fix my tire two weeks ago if that. I pulled into this shop and they checked my car and told me I would need two new tires. So I took an uber to work and they had my car ready for me by my 12 pm lunch break. I felt like the guys at the shop were very honest with me instead of trying to snow me because I'm a female, I seem to feel like I get lucky when it comes to that. They were concerned about my safety and told me to make sure the uber driver was really my uber driver and not a stranger. Maybe I just have that s***** me look that could be it lol. Overall I had a positive experience with this shop and even though I loved Hewlett House of tires my tires here were half the price and I appreciated that.”

“I bought my wife a car at the beginning of this month from Audi in Lynbrook. Gustavo was the salesman who worked with me through the whole process and he was awesome. My entire experience was awesome. I was financing the car but my wife was going to be registering and insuring it so it was the typical sale and I took some figuring out on there end but between Gustavo and their finance department, they went to great lengths to make the sale happen and honestly they made me and my family feel important. It was sort of a surprise for my wife and Gustavo even went as far as having a bow put on the car when she saw it the first time. It was really a great overall experience and I can honestly say I would definitely buy another car from here. Thank you guys so much for all your help. We love the car and thank you so much also to the finance department the woman who set up the financing and handle all the finance paper work was also amazing everyone went above and beyond. We really appreciate everything you guys did!!”
