My favorite FedEx! Warren and the rest of the team in Lynbrook go out of their way to help in anyway they can. They have helped me in a lot of printing emergencies. Really great people!

When I saw the reviews, I thought I was going to have a bad experience because my item was unpacked. Fortunately, the experience was amazing, the staff overall vibe was calm and comfortable. Taihid customer service is what you'd hope for when going to any organization seeking assistance and should be recognized. Don't shy away from coming here because of the reviews. I will definitely use this location again.

Horrible customer service, the chubby guy behind the counter will try to deny accepting your package so he can sell you the overpriced FedEx store packaging material. Go to UPS instead.

They tried to refuse my package because I wanted to triple pack my high value shipment. They didn’t let me use the bubble mailer to hold my shipment. The insurance company that is insuring the package requires it to be triple packaged.Another lady also had a bad experience. She asked a question and the employee told her “you always have a question.”Very rude

Tajay and Diana were the rudest people in the store! I had an item with ready to ship label, first they tried to sell me a more expensive box and then stated how they can't take my item to ship because I used the non recommended box ? Talk about ripping the customer off, I decided to buy a $3 bubble envelope to send a broken item back to the company but these guys wanted me to pay the $13 box. I went to another FedEx location and they happily took it in! Teach your employees better customer service!

Alright where do i begin, first I walked in with my son we weren’t even greeted!So walk up to the counter and asked about passport photos the gentleman that did answer us was helpful but all the effort fell short after we took our photos. We waited and waited and waited about like 40 mins to be exact just to be told sorry miss our very old printer isn’t working. Crazy isn’t fed ex supposed to have tons of print machines as advertised. It was a horrible experienceIf you want passport photos go to Walgreens or cvs.This location is very unprofessional. Should be shut down since nothing works there. And the people who work there really don’t care about the customers.

FedEx Lynbrook office is a mixed bag as it depends on which associate you get. Some are very helpful, while others are Mr. No's to every request. I selectively go to the more professional associates to have a good experience. Thanks.

They try to force you to upsell. Find every excuse in the book to try to sell you something even if you have a pre-paid envelope. Very very scummy

The gentleman was working with other guest and also attentive, def 5 star. But the woman working with him should find another job. After he told me to go to the side, she knew i was there and was not doing work that intervenes with customer service and should not have made me wait. I despise these types of workers, find another job. She was expecting the other guy to work eventhough he was busy.
