I had a wonderful experience at this FedEx! Both Diana, the manager, and TJ gave me 5 star service. They were patient, knowledgeable and kind. I had to fax a lengthy document and ship 2 packages, both done with ease and care. Reading the other reviews I was a bit scared to go, but I’m so glad I gave them a try. Highly recommend this FedEx location- great staff, peaceful vibes and clean store 😊📦

I stopped by to drop off my packages today and I didn’t have them sealed.
I asked the lady who was assisting me if she would be able to seal the packages and she said quote: “Well, someone has to do it. I will”.
This is wild to me. Why the attitude? Is this not your job to assist people?

I recently visited this FedEx service center with the intention of dropping off a prepaid next day air package. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory due to the demeanor of one particular staff associate. Upon arrival, I encountered an associate who, rather than providing assistance, chose to communicate in a condescending manner. Instead of guiding me through the drop-off process, he treated me with an attitude that felt more appropriate for a disciplinary interaction rather than a customer service scenario. This approach not only left me feeling frustrated but also unsure about the proper procedures for my package.
It is essential for service associates to remember that their primary role is to assist customers, particularly in situations where individuals may not be fully familiar with the process. A more patient and supportive attitude would have greatly enhanced my experience and ensured that I felt valued as a customer. I hope that management takes note of the importance of customer service training for their associates, as a positive interaction can significantly impact a customer's perception of the brand. Unfortunately, my visit did not reflect the standard of service one would expect from a reputable company like FedEx. I appreciate the service that FedEx provides, but I believe that improvements in customer interaction are necessary at this particular location.

Needed to print an academic poster and contacted the store to see best sizing options for my needs. Warren took my call and provided me with an email to begin the process. I then submitted my order and he promptly called me back to notify me that my file size would not yield the best printing results. He was kind enough to make the necessary edits for my project and I'm excited to pick it up once ready. Very timely and kind customer service which as a busy professional I greatly appreciate!

Had a handwritten label prepackaged and they told me that they couldn’t take it. I took it to another location and they had no problem with it. Long story short don’t take labels that are handwritten to this location.

I wish if i could give below 1 star. Wost FedEx location ever. Shipped a package from there to SamSung. After 15 days recevied an email from SamSung that they never received it. Upon tracking it shows still sitting at the same location. When I went back the person who was standing was so rude he asked me for the receipt, and told me we dont know where the package is, so you can file a claim with Fedex. Very disoppinted. No one wants to help the customer, in fact i can tell by their expressions, they are the racist.....How could you say a customer, I am busy and can not help you at this time, while someone comes after you and he said let me help him 1st. 😡. Shame on you....

The least helpful office ever. Someone else's fed ex was delivered to my address and like a good Samaritan I thought I could bring it back to fed ex and package be returned to sender (since FedEx never picked it back up) and they told me it cannot go back to sender, it would go right back to me. Make it make sense.

My favorite FedEx! Warren and the rest of the team in Lynbrook go out of their way to help in anyway they can. They have helped me in a lot of printing emergencies. Really great people!
