“We had a room block set up with the Marriot almost a year in advance from our wedding date. They held the rooms until one month prior to our wedding date. They provided me with a super easy link for guests to use for booking. They were super helpful and accommodating to all questions I had. I would email them for updates on the rooms being booked and they would send me a list of who had booked so far. We were not responsible for any rooms not booked within the block. I was also able to drop of gift bags for those guests a few days before the wedding. My husband stayed in a room with the groomsmen the night before and they got ready at the hotel the morning of the wedding. They allowed for an early check in so that they could do the pictures in our suite rather than the room the boys slept in the night before. They were also great about doing a late check out the day after our wedding! The night of our wedding when we arrived they had set up champagne, two glasses, water & snacks for us with a congratulations card when we arrived!”

“A few years ago, i was watching Project Runway ( which i love) and the Season opening was in the magical lobby of the renovated TWA Terminal lounge. Gorgeous red carpets, penny tile and the architectural lines that came straight out of The Jetsons. I joked to my friend that we should just go to NYC for one night to see it. Instead, we decided to make it a girls trip. And let me tell you, this hotel is everything! It's a museum, where they encourage you to be interactive- climb on what you like, sit in a car, drink on a plane, take a dip in the heated pool that overlooks the tarmac .. it's just fantastic It's a beating to get to the city, but we knew that going in. The staff was amazing, the drinks were delightful and the playful atmosphere filled our adventurous souls. So, if you ever have the opportunity to visit. Be it for a layover or a one day excursion- we all HIGHLY recommend it”

“Beautiful antique style hotel. The doormen are all so nice. I was always greeted upon entering the hotel. The rooms are so comfy. I appreciated the robe and slippers since I’m never a fan of walking on the floors of hotels. I’ll definitely be back!”

“My daughter got married last month (at Marina del Ray) and I chose the Inn at Great Neck to accommodate 75 guests from outside of the NYC area. Jennifer N., the Sales Manager, diligently worked to get a fair group rate and she attended to every special request I had - handing out welcome gift bags to guests upon arrival, accommodating charter buses to transport guests to our venue, a customized menu for the post wedding breakfast brunch that we had at the Inn at GN. Staff were friendly and competent, and the hotel decor was lovely and clean! But a special acknowledgement goes out to Jennifer N; I would highly recommend this hotel and ask for Jennifer - she's a gem!!”

“Western charged double what we were quoted at time of check out. The room was filthy and the building as a whole is in disrepair. When communicating with the front desk they were rude when we asked for towels/blankets. The pictures are not an accurate reflection of the rooms. I would avoid if you want Best Westerns quality.”

“The reviews were spot on. The people were so nice and my room was comfortable and spotless. The place is outdated but that’s built into the price. I’ll stay there again in a heart beat!”

“Budget hotel which is close to the Airport. They provide 24/7 shuttle services for airport dropNoteworthy details: Complementary Breakfast & 24/7 Airport shuttle”

“An excellent airport hotel for a one night stay. The room was comfy, the staff were friendly, and the breakfast was very good (a typical Hampton Inn spread!)The area appears safe and quiet, although there isn't much in the way of restaurants or bars nearbyBe sure to plan for the free hotel shuttle pickup and drop off. The shuttle bus picks up from the Federal Circle Airtrain station, and was on time (every 30 mins) when I arrived at 8:20pm. The journey to the hotel took 10 mins. However, the return journey in the morning visits all terminals, which is convenient in theory, but it took 40 mins due to traffic.”

“Location is not very favorable for after-hours. I was told by the hostess that restaurants closes around 8pm. Also not a lot of options to eat. You will have a hard time looking for places to eat. Your only option will be doordash. Room quite comfortable but I have seen better options for the same price. Worth looking other reviews and assess your needs. Does not offer breakfast. 15-20 minutes walk from a Dunk'n Donuts.”

“I think people expect the Ritz sometimes with their reviews. For a hotel, on a connection to Europe it was great for our family. Proximity to airport was very good, food was good both breakfast and dinner. We slept well...And people were very nice at front desk.”

“My boyfriend and I stayed here for the Stevie Nicks concert, and it was phenomenal! The room was clean (especially the bathroom), and the front desk employee, I believe his name started with a T was very friendly and even called us 30 minutes into our check in to make sure everything was okay!”

“This was close to the airport. Waited over an hour for the shuttle (aka, SUV) then he was rude, and drove so fast, with music so loud. We almost hit another car. The desk gal was nice. There was glass on our room floor, just small shards sparkling with my flashlight, after 4 pokes, I had to put back on my shoes. Noisy 1st floor. Ck out was easy. The driver in the AM was nice,”

“The first time we were in this hotel , we're happy with the price and the room. It was very clean , looks great and smells good. The room has everything and the AC was really cold , we had to turned it off.The second time though wasn't as good as the first time ?, bathroom sink was a little clogged and the room was on a smaller side. The bed was comfortable but was sliding down a bit and because of that , it made a noise.Food & drinks: Plenty of stores around , you can easily find a gas station and banks.”

“I booked with JBS a few weeks ago and my booking was confirmed through a booking site. On the day of my arrival, I received a text message that my reservation was cancelled due to a plumbing issue. I called the establishment and left a Vmsg on whether I can cancel my payment for I could rebook another date. Within 2 minutes, the property manager returned my call to alert me that there was an plumbing issue before I booked with JBS and that my refund was totally taken care of. I live in the same neighborhood as JBS an wanted a nice quaint little house setting for some family members by the beach, for I didn’t have enough room in my bungalow to host them. The property manager, who name I can’t remember, was totally professional with the situation and offered my a special deal, if I decide to book JBS in the future. I definitely wish to book that spot for a little staycation!”

“We booked at Radisson JFK for the simple function of having convenient proximity to JFK airport. Not expecting much more than a transit stop on our journey from Paris to Miami — turns out of the three hotels we stayed at for this trip this was the “one!”Undergoing a hotel-wide renovation right now, we were given a room on a high floor that was just impeccably appointed and offered a beautiful sunset view of the New York skyline off in the distance. Everything was new and fresh — sheets and towels included! Shower was modern and clean as well. But I’m saving the best for last here, and that was the warm and professional service we received from the front desk staff, Dewayne and Latoya. It’s like they were friends just waiting for us to come in the door. I know this might sound over the top, but it’s all true. Thank you for making this last stop — which we expected to be nothing more than a nice pillow and a good night’s sleep — very special indeed!”

“Good hotel for a short stay. Staff was nice enough to extend my check out to an extra hour. Room was tidy and organized. Bath tub didn’t hold the water which was funny. Bed was comfortable, sheets cleaned and pillows were actually really good! I’d give them another chance in the future! Close to TGI Friday’s too for a quick bite. They serve a continental breakfast, which is even close to the pic in their website but wasn’t bad either. I’d recommend this place.”

“I would give it 5 stars because everything went nice and smoothly. However, the rooms are SO SMALL! We got the king size bed and the pictures looked more spacious but it was so tiny! Also, anytime anyone opened or shut the door the whole room shifted a bit! But, altogether it wasn't a bad stay!”

“DO NOT STAY HERE -What a terrible place to stay at. The rooms are okay at best. But it’s really nothing compared to how they conduct business here. For one, this place is sleazy. There are many hookers and married men whom they let flaunt all over the lobby. Besides this fact, front desk staff is ok. But the manager here named Clara Alvarez is the most RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL person I have ever met in my entire life! Not once have I seen anyone conduct themselves like this before. I merely came here with my husband and child and wanted to be check in a couple hours early (as a holiday inn platinum member) as we were traveling from across the country. My child was not feeling well and my husband and was tired from driving for 22 hours straight. We weren’t offered any snacks or water by the male manager. I even called in advanced and spoke to Fabian who told me they had baby beds which of course they did NOT! The front desk couldn’t help me and I needed to speak with management. Boy this lady was a bat out of hell. The level of disrespect and indecency was incredulous. She not only told us not to stay or come back here but she said if we didn’t leave she would charge our card and told us “good luck getting your money back”. She acts like she owns this place and has never conducted business before. Who hired such a woman??? Please someone fire this lady. Not a single family member or friend of mine will ever be going to another Holiday Inn until this lady is out of a job. DO NOT STAY HERE!”

“False advertising on multiple accounts. Should be sued/fined. Difficult to get an answer. Booked through some nonsense directly with them, they botched my name, can't find reservation because it says I don't have an account. Bad bad bad. Too many issues to list them all. Will not be back. Also, the chicken Tikka masala was pretty bad. Sauce was good, but I only wanted it on the rice because the chicken was so bad.”

“It's mostly a place for temporary housing, there is no dish ware, utensils, and the bathroom faucet is leaking near the top of the sink. I visited Trader Joe's, and the Hicksville Memorial Library, and there were a long distance from the motel. I walked to both places.Rooms: On the whole it's a decent room, however there's a leaking faucet.Nearby activities: There are no nearby activities.Safety: I'm safe here, and they have a very secure system.Food & drinks: There are no meals served except, hot/cold cereal, coffee, and tea are provided by self service machines.”

“After Delta cancelled our flight from La Guardia we had to rebook flights for the next day, the only flights available being from JFK. So we had to find somewhere to stay overnight close by. The Rodeway Inn came up in our search so we booked them. By the time we got out the airport it was going to be after 9 before getting to the Inn, however after phoning and explaining our situation they said it was no problem to sign in later. The rooms were a good size for an overnight stay, they were clean with en suite, there is a lift to the upper levels. The surrounding neighbourhood is clean and tidy, the streets are a bit dark at night. There is a 7 eleven round the block with a Burger King across the road. The prices were good for an overnight stay and an Uber only costs $20 to go to JFK which was less than 20mins away depending on traffic. Great place for a short stay if you are stuck. The staff were polite and really helpful.”
