“With all due humbleness I am. requesting that Shaba at the Rockaway store be commended for extra humble and respectful character her demeanor displays each and every time she’s approached by a customer. I am servant of the city of New York in many capacities, if Shaba would have displayed any adverse character that her job employed her to remain, I would then first to report her to supervisor throughout Tmobile company. So allow me to complement your good office for having her as your employee.”

“I’m writing a review about Ty. He’s one of your representatives at Fresh Meadows. I’m just letting you know how excellent he is with customers. He’s very patient always ready to help in whatever needed to be done that we do not understand. A very respectful person of great morale character. Please do not change him otherwise I will change my account.(laugh) but I’m serious. Many thanks for reading this.”

“Good day The wo.an who helped me yesterday was amazing!!! If it's time for a raise, she should get one!! I wanted to send a complimentary letter but I figured I would put it in this text. On April 2nd and 3rd I went up to TMobile in the Whitestone Shopping Center. I met two very valuable, kind, intelligent, helpful and kind employees. They were Vinny & Ali. These two were the best. If it's time for a raise, they deserve it too. They worked so hard to help me and they did!!! On April 2nd, before, I went to Whitestone I went to Whitepoint Shopping Center and there was a young man, maybe Italian or Spanish, they were nasty, mean, lazy and told me they can't help me. I went to Whitestone and they helped me. If raises are coming DO NOT GIVE IT TO Whitepoint Shopping Center. Don't deserve nothing!!! Have a nice day!!!!”

“This review is long overdue. I’m not a T-mobile customer but lost my iPhone in an uber. I went into the store and Esteban was quick to help me get connected to WiFi on my laptop and track my phone down. The entire staff was supportive but Esteban M is the epitome excellence in customer service. Thank you for being a good human being. T-mobile definately has an asset in him. Grateful. Sabrina”

“I’m one of those people who believe all the difference can be in the help people provide. At this T-Mobile store, everyone in the building was incredible. I was directly interacting with Victor R and I could not be more satisfied with his attention. His ability to explain what was going on and his desire to get my problem resolved were impressive. I can’t express how valuable this gentleman was and how incredible everyone in the store made all of the customers feel.”

“Stopped in the store this morning for assistance with transferring data from one phone to another. I thought I was going crazy because I'd been unable to get the transfer to take. Enter Gregorio. He helped to navigate the transfer and confirmed that it wasn't me, but a malfunctioning phone. He was patient, pleasant and attentive to my concerns. He provided next steps that were easy to understand and execute. Gregorio made this experience easy. Thank you, Greg!”

“The service I received at this Verizon location was exceptional. I visited this Verizon store on Sunday August 30, 2026. The service representative, D'Andre and the Senior Manager, Chiliyah Leak, had an incredible amount of experience, knowledge and patience. I was greeted with a smile throughout the time I was there. I was there for about 2 hours, however, I was upgrading to a new iphone and adding three new phones lines on three old iphones to my family plan which can be a time consuming process. They worked diligently and methodically to make sure everything was set up correctly. They also made sure I was getting the best possible package financially. It can be hard working in customer service, but it comes naturally for D'Andre and Chiliyah. I cannot thank them enough for the time and effort they took out of their day to make sure my family plan was set up and running without a hitch. Much appreciated to them and would highly recommend this Verizon location for any of your phone needs!”
