The person who attended me that day Emanuel was very friendly and told me about a deal for buying 2 iPhones. I ended up buying one for myself too. He was able to solve activation problem with my new phone that 3 verizon reps over the phone can't help. I was already frustrated from having to spend over 3 hours on the phone. I am so glad I went to the store & was able to get resolved with the issue activating my phone. The store has a bunch of customer service reps helping people as they come in. I was surprised to find the short wait time as well. Will be back if I need a new phone.”
