“Excellent customer service in their service department. Very prompt and much better than the dealer I bought the vehicle from. Not only where they significantly cheaper than the quote from my now old dealership, but the estimated shop time was half of my old dealer for the same job using GM parts for both. Not only that but they went above and beyond for me and found out that the repair was covered by my certified pre owned warrenty that was on the vehicle when I bought it at my old dealership and was not going to cost me a thing for the repair. I would give 10 stars if possible. I wll be going here from now on, definitely worth the longer drive for this level of service.”
“Dropped my truck off for an alignment after adding some aftermarket control arms and tierods to it. Upon doing the alignment, they found there was some issue preventing from the steering wheel being straight. This has been a pre-existing issue with the truck so I expressed that. Lamar indicated he's never let a vehicle out of the shop without the steering wheel being properly straight, and I can only appreciate that workmanship as no other shop has put any time into solving this for me. Lamar was able to diagnose the issue, being the aftermarket tierods were too long, and got back to me well after their normal business hours. When I recieved the bill, it was more than reasonable, being they had my truck for an entire day and what was put into solving this. I have to say excellent work, great people, and extremely reasonable prices!”

So here is my experience. I called Wednesday afternoon and Nick answered. We made a plan and at 3 pm on the following day he along with the best apprentice, Jackson! See photo!
The car: No motor, the front end was on the concrete in the barn and the back was n a jack and a cinder block. What a mess. They expertly put the car on the bed of the tow truck.
Nick handed me a check and I cashed it an hour later. How easy! Im shouting it from the rooftop: Call Juliano's!”

“Sold me a defective transmission line. Blew out and caused transmission to fail. We have had a claim in for 4 months now for reimbursement. They keep avoiding the issue, saying you have to talk to someone else who isn't them but they won't give out the contact information.UPDATE: They covered the claim after about 4 months, updated to 4 stars.”
