Both Melinda and Rob are very kind, and the facility is clean and well-maintained. The 24/7 camera access was a huge plus, giving me peace of mind while I was away. My cat stayed in the vertical condo, and although I initially worried it might be too small, I was relieved to see her roaming around comfortably. When I picked her up, she seemed happy and well cared for. I’ll definitely be bringing her back!
