Post-cut her fur is silky smooth and there were no nicks or cuts (we’ve had trouble with other groomers). From the time I scheduled, to picking her up, they were kind, accommodating, and easy to communicate with. They even offered for us bring her back at no additional charge to further shave her tail (we miscommunicated the length).They did such an amazing job and we are DEFINITELY bringing her here for all future groomings.

Even when he was just talking to us he was still comforting her and giving her love. She was extremely comfortable with him. Him and the vet tech were great at explaining the next steps how to administer her new medications and going over the prices for upcoming scans. My dad who came with me was so impressed by everything that he is in the process of switching his dogs to this vet as well! Thank you so much for helping my kitty feel more comfortable!

67 North Ave, WebsterIt was very hard for me to choose a vet for my cat Mango (pictured below) as a lot of vet clinics, in my experience, have extremely below-average cat care, choosing to treat cats as small dogs instead of as their own thing with unique needs and health issues, but I am beyond happy with my choice to go to the Webster clinic so far. The staff and Dr. Lewis are always extremely helpful, and have gone above and beyond when answering my questions regarding vaccines, flea and tick treatment, diet etc.. I look forward to continuing to work with them in the years to come. They’re also very good with approving prescriptions for Chewy very quickly so I’ve never had an issue getting medication when needed ?

I had to put my kitty down and I got a hand written note in the mail from the doctor who performed the procedure. She walked me through it step by step while I ugly cried and I’m just so grateful that she was there with me.

896 Ridge Rd, WebsterI took my senior mini labradoodle in for an infection in his eyelid that he had surgery on a few days before at our regular vets office. It was driving my poor dog crazy with the itching. Everyone at Animal Intermediate Care was kind and compassionate with my sweet boy. Because this happened on a Sunday, I didn't want him to have to wait to be seen at our regular vets office on Monday. He had his eye cleaned well and was given antibiotic eye drops.Thank you for your compassion and services.

Ruff Day Pet Resort
1085 Gravel Rd, WebsterI cannot say enough, how happy I am that we decided to do the Puppy pre-K program with RuffDay. It has turned out to be worth every penny. The staff are wonderful and friendly. I love the structure that they have for the dogs. It’s exactly what my Puppy needed. She has gained a lot of confidence. She is walking well on a leash for me. She is learning commands and is excited when she does them the biggest thing though is that I was really struggling with crate training her. She was getting herself so worked up and panting, and drooling it was obviously causing her a lot of anxiety. Now I’m able to put her in her crate and she’s able to settle down without All that anxiety. The Puppy program is a wonderful foundation for a new family member and if I ever get another Puppy, they will be enrolled as well.

Great variety of options in terms of proteins (plant and whey based), calorie content, flavors and other additions both for flavor and function. The shop has a lovely vibe and they keep it clean. Staff is always pleasant and happy to help. There are lots of other options (coffees, juices and bowls) that I have yet to try, but all sound delicious.
