We THOUGHT the man helping us was great, knowledgeable and efficient but he straight out lied to us about the whole situation and prices. There were 4 of us there asking multiple questions and what he told us was FAR from the truth. Have spent hours of time on the phone with Verizon customer service trying to figure out how this could have happened.

This store is independent and they are only selling products and services. They sold me home internet....I attempted to bring the home internet gateway device back to the store. They will not accept it per company policy. I have called Verizon multiple times and customer service told me to bring it back to the store. This store will still not accept it. Their customer service is null. They are only sales people at this location. Stay away. Much better stores in other locations.

We were so blessed to have such great experience here! Brandon helped us upgrade lines, switch over our streaming services(which saved us money!) and replaced a phone. He was very thorough and we are so thankful for his help!

The best Verizon I have ever been too. I originally came to this Verizon after I left angry at the Verizon in victor. I was greeted by a man named Dan!! He fixed the problem I was having. Then I had also scheduled an appointment with Dan today to put my mom on my plan. My mom was super late, he didn't care one bit!! He is the nicest sales person I've ever dealt with, and I will continue to only go to him!!
