“I typically make an appointment when I take my car to B £ C but the other day a light came on in my car and I just happened to be driving by so I stopped in. I thought it was just a brake light I needed but then the young guy, Dan, noticed I hadn’t put on my new registration sticker and that I was due for an inspection! He was so enthusiastic, friendly and helpful. After replacing a small bulb and a screw for my license plate I was ready to go. It was so quick and convenient. “My 23 year old son became stranded just off the Taconic Highway last night around 11 p.m. I live in Washington state so when my son phoned me saying his car had broken down, I was distraught. We were so fortunate that Valley Towing and Adam the driver and owner responded to my son's situation via AAA. I am forever grateful as Adam arrived before the 56 minutes AAA told us it would take. He transported my son's car and my son back to Poughkeepsie and not only tried to leave the car at the garage my son requested, but took him home when they found the garage closed. “I bought an aerosol can of paint for a hinge my 43 year old Jeep. It was mixed and shipped the very next day. The product was perfect. I experimented with three different primer colors. “All I can say is...WOW! This is, by far, the most incredibly positive experience I have ever had with an auto body shop. I just stopped by to see what they could do for me at a future date. Instead, without an appointment, they immediately took my car and fixed two problems with it, in an extremely timely manner. And they did it FREE OF CHARGE. How often do you here of a company being so kind to a new customer. Everyone was so incredibly friendly, and everyone had a smile and a friendly "Hello" for me. They fixed my problems in record time, and were extremely courteous. If I were to rate them from 1 to 10, I would give them a 20! You really need to utilize this company. I can not say enough good things about them.”
