“Top Notch Shop &
Top Notch People as well…
Thx so much for your outstanding service ☺
*Cont.
Just wanted to add to my previous review… I needed to go back to this shop and I was just as pleased the second time as I was the first time! Thank you so much for your help!!”
“When I got there for my scheduled appointment there was an issue with the NYS Inspection sticker machine. I was rescheduled to the same day. My vehicle was inspected in a timely fashion and I was pleased with the inspection.”
“Very happy all around , they do great work and was very surprised that they also did a complete interior and exterior detailing of my truck. I would recommend them to anybody”
“Park Ford, in my opinion and probably many others' is a fantastic place to purchase a vehicle. You not only get the vehicle but also a lifelong set of friends forever. The Park family goes out of the way to make you feel like the only customer they are serving. Having purchased/leased cars from Park for about 15 years I can name most of the folks that work in Sales, Service and Finance. If you are looking for a Ford car or Truck please checkout and call PARK FORD......you won't be disappointed. Thank you Rich, Nick, Vinny, Rob and teams...you are the best!!”

“Firstly, Meer is easy to work with, very personable and very knowledgeable. We go back many years. The services were well explained and I was able to have the work performed within my limited time frame. I now know why c&a comes so highly recommended by this mahopac neighborhood.”

“Car's push-start starter wouldn't work at 12am on a Sunday and -0° temperatures. Myself and some others tried everything for the next few hours to get it to turnover; nothing. I think tech's name was Daniel who showed up, he got the car running in like a minute of arriving saving me a massive headache from having to have the car towed in below freezing temps at 4am. Thank you.”
“I recently purchased an almost 10-year-old VW Golf Alltrack and wanted a thorough pre-purchase inspection. I called Chris on a Friday and he was able to get me in first thing Monday morning. I arrived on time and the car was looked at immediately. His team was extremely thorough and clearly knows Volkswagens inside and out.
I had the chance to spend time with Chris, the owner, while the inspection was underway, which was a great experience. It is refreshing to talk with someone who is genuinely passionate about what they do, and Chris truly loves Volkswagens. He took the time to explain the car, pointed out details I would never have noticed, and I learned a lot in the process.
Once everything was finished, Chris and his team walked me through the inspection report and diagnostics in detail. Thankfully everything checked out. There were no upsells, just honesty, transparency, and professionalism. He also talked through longer-term preventive maintenance to be aware of in the coming miles, which I really appreciated.
We are a VW family who recently moved to the area, and I feel very fortunate to have found Last Chance Garage. I will absolutely be back for both of our cars without hesitation.”
“With a new born in tow got an alert to STOP driving my car. Luckily we were right by this shop. The service the kindness the wealth of knowledge UNMATCHED. I’ll be back and I’m getting the merch !”
“I typically make an appointment when I take my car to B £ C but the other day a light came on in my car and I just happened to be driving by so I stopped in. I thought it was just a brake light I needed but then the young guy, Dan, noticed I hadn’t put on my new registration sticker and that I was due for an inspection! He was so enthusiastic, friendly and helpful. After replacing a small bulb and a screw for my license plate I was ready to go. It was so quick and convenient. All the attention to those details just made my life so much easier that day! Thank you”

Joan and bill are definitely very good at what they do and I recommend them 100%. Thanks for everything always ??”

“Excellent service! I had car trouble near by late Friday afternoon and showed up on their doorstep in a panic. Oswaldo dropped what he was doing, took the car for a test drive and determined one of the front brakes was bad. He ordered the parts, fit me in the very next morning and the price was very reasonable. I can't recommend them highly enough!”
“I always have an excellent experience at this mechanic shop! My family and I have known the owner for many years and trust him with our vehicles. The staff is friendly, honest, and took the time to explain exactly what my car needed. It’s clear they really care about their customers. I appreciate their professionalism and attention to detail— I always recommend him and his team to friends and family who are in need of a trustworthy mechanic. I highly recommended for any car service you need.”
“I selected the closest match for car paint and ordered it, putting my car make & model in the notes. I got a sweet call from a wonderful woman who had the order and switched it to my exact car paint! That is outstanding service! It came and is a perfect match!! Yay!!!”
“My 2025 SUV MB Rental had a glitch and locked me out of the vehicle with the key on the seat. Enterprise kept trying to send companies through roadside assistance to open the door. NOONE wanted to come out and open my door. They were willing to tow my car to LGA with my personal items but not open my door. I called Lil Pete's on my own 8 hours later, since none of the Enterprise vendors were willing to come out. They sent someone out within a half hour. AJ was a complete angel. He opened my door in 5 minutes. He was such a sweetheart and a complete professional. The price was more than fair. Exactly what I needed after such a terrible day.”
