“I recently purchased an almost 10-year-old VW Golf Alltrack and wanted a thorough pre-purchase inspection. I called Chris on a Friday and he was able to get me in first thing Monday morning. I arrived on time and the car was looked at immediately. His team was extremely thorough and clearly knows Volkswagens inside and out.
I had the chance to spend time with Chris, the owner, while the inspection was underway, which was a great experience. It is refreshing to talk with someone who is genuinely passionate about what they do, and Chris truly loves Volkswagens. He took the time to explain the car, pointed out details I would never have noticed, and I learned a lot in the process.
Once everything was finished, Chris and his team walked me through the inspection report and diagnostics in detail. Thankfully everything checked out. There were no upsells, just honesty, transparency, and professionalism. He also talked through longer-term preventive maintenance to be aware of in the coming miles, which I really appreciated.
