“Really kind lady at the checkout and store is small but looks well stocked and clean. But, unfortunately this location is added to my list of Joann Fabrics and Michaels who fail at getting an online/in-store pickup order for embroidery thread 100% correct. So far, nobody has gotten it right (I'm not lazy- you can use 'online' coupons and then pick up in store for a better deal than in-store coupons sometimes). I got the right number of skeins but three were wrong; two colors were completely wrong and I got a duplicate of a color instead of getting it and the one next to it. I'm not sure why this is such a difficult task- it's a list of numbers and you match the number to the skein- NOT try to match the number on the shelf because those are inevitably holding the wrong skeins. Boooo.”
