The service was exceptional. I had a terrible experience in my local store, but my experience in Malone was awesome. Amanda McQuinn was thorough, patient and a joy to work with. I called back today for a small technical issue and she walked me through the issue with as much customer service as she showed me while I was in the store. She is a keeper! Ruth Pino

I would like to extend a sincere thank you to Rodney at the Malone Verizon store for a assisting me with my phone today. His professionalism and patience with me was truly amazing. My knowledge of anything electronic is not good so to be able to stop and receive such service was beyond appreciated.

This guy! He was the best customer service representative I've ever experienced in a Verizon store. He was kind, friendly, courteous, and extremely helpful despite the frustrations I expressed regarding another north country Verizon store. I was referred to Amanda at the Malone store by a friend who has been very happy with her performance. She reviewed the account gave me multiple options. We decided on the best fit for us and Amanda set up my new phone and recommended some great food options while we waited for the transfer. I highly recommend her!
