“The Winter of 2025-26 has been painfully challenging especially for the team that maintains our grounds and facilities at The Lofts. As we peeked out our windows, whether it be early morning, afternoon or night, someone from the maintenance staff were moving an ungodly amount of ice and snow from our sidewalks, driveways and roads. They ensured that our grounds and facilities were safe and our lives accessible. Thank you Gregg, Drew, Dean and Jamie for your commitment to the residents at the Lofts!

“My husband and I lived here with our two dogs for 4 years. We really loved it there. The office and maintenance staff were always right on top of things when issues came up. They truly wanted everyone to enjoy living there. The apartment was nice and very cozy. They have some really cool events throughout the year (food, drinks, and even dessert)! I especially loved the food trucks that would come and the lady with the mobile dog grooming company who would clip my dogs nails. I was just thinking about how much I miss this place sometimes, so I felt like I should write a review. I only left because my parents moved into a new house and I moved into their old house. Otherwise I would probably still be there. Thank you for all of the memories!! Maybe I’ll come and visit sometime. If you’re looking for a comfortable, safe, cozy place to call home, this is it!”

“Rivers Ledge is beautifully designed apartment complex in a park-like setting on the Mohawk River. It is impeccably maintained with the grounds taken care of every week and maintenance requests quickly resolved. The gym is outstanding and, for outdoor exercise, the complex is directly on the Mohawk Hudson Bikeway. An added bonus is that some of the apartments have an attached garage which sold us on the property. The office staff are always helpful with an attitude to resolve questions quickly with the needs of their residents in mind and they arrange community activities throughout the year. Having looked at many properties in the Capital District, this one stands head and shoulders above the rest and I recommend this place unreservedly. A great place to live.”

“Just moved into The Springs and have experienced a 5 star service from the staff. Josh and Courtney have been professional and super friendly addressing all my questions and requests. This is also a 5 star place based on location with shops right in the community, clean and professional kept grounds making you feel very safe living here. The units are top notch luxury apartments that are built very well and you would think you’re in a 5 star hotel/condo. There’s many residents perks like EV charging, $25 per month credit for each business you shop at every month taken off your rent. Also flat rate for TV, Internet, and garbage services. I looked at several places before choosing The Springs and can honestly say this is the destination to be at to live in Saratoga Springs!”

“Silo pointe has been a great place to live and call home! We’ll be moving at the end of the month only because we’ve decided to buy a house. Apartment is great.. more storage than any apartment we’ve ever lived in, property is kept clean and very quite, location couldn’t be better, great school zone!!”

“I lived here for a year before purchasing my house, we had our ESA dog and our other dog here. It’s safe, quiet, pretty and well maintained. Snow was a little tricky and the ESA got a little push back but other than that I was happy here and recommend it to anyone I talk to looking for an apartment.”
