“I bought my wife a car at the beginning of this month from Audi in Lynbrook. Gustavo was the salesman who worked with me through the whole process and he was awesome. My entire experience was awesome. I was financing the car but my wife was going to be registering and insuring it so it was the typical sale and I took some figuring out on there end but between Gustavo and their finance department, they went to great lengths to make the sale happen and honestly they made me and my family feel important. It was sort of a surprise for my wife and Gustavo even went as far as having a bow put on the car when she saw it the first time. It was really a great overall experience and I can honestly say I would definitely buy another car from here. Thank you guys so much for all your help. I’ve used Mavis Tire in Oceanside many times, and each visit is 100% satisfying. The service is always excellent, professional, and courteous. Vichy the manager, Akash the assistant manager, and Carlos the technician are all outstanding — knowledgeable, skilled, and respectful. Truly a team you can trust! Vichy goes above and beyond each service visit even for a simple inspection. There is no upselling and the service and parts are priced very fairly.

He also took extra time to install side radiator covers that I had ordered separately, and did not charge me for the time it took him to flawlessly put them on.
Kevin spent a lot of time communicating with me for weeks leading up to the appointment to discuss pricing, and options relative to my budget to make sure I was well informed on all of the products he uses.
