“This review is primarily for the UPS drop off service they provide and partially for pharmacy. Went here recently to drop off a package, they had no products to facilitate the drop off. Being that I was at a pharmacy, I figured they would sell items I could use. There was none. Additionally they made little effort to assist. Disappointed to say the least.3.I had the opportunity of speaking to the manager, he was very reassuring. I look forward to visiting again.”

I use to have Walgreens and wait 30 minutes on a line, get to the front and my medication is not even ready.This is a wonderful small business, literally the pharmacist knows my voice- I called off of a friends phone once (different caller ID) and John knew it was me.He told me to pick my prescription up in 10 minutes. I was already nearby, walked in and picked it up in 3 minutes.”

“My kids are patients are Dr.Zaso in the shopping center. I previously used cvs but they have been really relaxed, not helpful and making errors in prescriptions ( not to mention rude). Family RX has been great right after a dr visit my son needed a prescription. We walked in waited maybe 5-10mins and the prescription was filled. Easy and simple transaction with a lot of help and smiles. Not to mention my baby was crying from shots and it didn't seems to phase them. I went to get my flu shot here and the staff were extremely courteous and friendly.We didn’t have to make an appointment for the flu shot and we received it after a few minutes. The pharmacist also speaks English so it’s not just a Korean pharmacy.They also have COVID vaccines here as well but only currently doing Moderna vaccines.”

“This pharmacy goes above and beyond for their customers. My family and I have been loyal patrons since early 2010s but the business has improved much more after this new owner’s takeover. The wait time is also short (~5 mins) even if your medicine isn’t ready yet compared to long lines of pharmacies like Walgreens where wait time can vary from 20 to 40 minutes due to an overworked singular pharmacist.An example of the pharmacy going above and beyond is when the pharmacist directly delivered a medication I needed 50 miles away while I was in college. I really could not believe that he did this, I distinctively remember asking if he was sure. I wanted to tip him when he arrived but he left the medication in my mailbox.This is just one of many examples and the reason I continue to be a loyal customer even after moving.”
