“Product came in great shape, the only problem I have which isn’t necessarily the store’s fault is that, the delivery guys are just so rude. I can’t speak for all of them but there are two white men, one young one and the other a bald man, who gave my wife and daughter a disrespectful tone. They don’t know much about setting up TV’s and since it was a 64 inch, they needed some help. When asked of them to help, they said they’d “do it” if we paid them more. That’s completely unacceptable behavior. It would’ve been far more professional to refuse politely and say that they couldn’t or didn’t have time.”

“I dropped my One Plus 8 in water over the weekend and brought it to 1800Fix Harrison. They gave me a loaner and setup me up immediately. They were busy at the store but still make time to take care of their customers. Excellent service.”
“I cannot even begin to list the reasons why I’m pleased with the service I received in this store today. We went in without an appointment to move four phones and an iPad from AT&T to them. On top of that two of the four phones were in other parts of Westchester. It was a lot of work. Our representative Ron was absolutely outstanding. He handled EVERYTHING. And I mean everything. It took a few hours to do it all and he did it professionally, thoroughly, kindly and with a smile. Many hours after leaving the store we had an issue with one of the phones that was not with us and we called to see if he was still there. Not only did he take the call but he told us exactly what to do and it took less than a minute to fix. Thank you Ron and the rest of the staff at this location.”
